Kelly Metz-Matthews brings a decade of experience in the Spa, Salon, and Skincare Industries to the Spa Revolutions team. With an education in the Social Sciences and a professional background in Business and Employee Development, Kelly found herself drawn to the Beauty Industry after taking a position with Estee Lauder. It was there that she learned the importance of incorporating creativity into the art of sales.
Since her years with Estee Lauder, Kelly has worked in both functional and strategic management, international sales, product development, and education for companies including Pure Beauty, Ulta, and Sarlo Beauty. Kelly has directed both the National and International Sales Departments for Spa Revolutions and currently heads both the International and Education Departments.
Kelly is fluent in both French and German. She is an avid runner and considers both reading and travel amongst her hobbies. Kelly is married with a young son whom she cherishes.
